INTRODUCING BREATHLESS, CYSTIC FIBROSIS CANADA’S NEW PODCAST
Just in time for cystic fibrosis awareness month, Cystic Fibrosis Canada is excited to be making our podcast debut with today’s launch of Breathless.
The shifting cystic fibrosis landscape is having a profound impact on those whose lives had previously been severely limited by the disease. With life-changing treatments come new questions that might have seemed frivolous to kids growing up with CF a decade ago. Now adults in their 20s and 30s, they’re facing some of life’s big questions for the first time: Do I want to get married? Do I want to have kids? How do I start to think about plans for a future I didn’t think I’d live to see? Hosted by Halifax-based Jeremie Saunders, who is also a co-host of the Sickboy famepodcast, Breathless tackles these questions and more.
As a pilot project, Breathless is being offered in English for the time being, and French-language summaries will be published on our blog every two weeks.
