All values were adjusted for age, age at diagnosis, sex and pancreatic enzyme status:

• Patient ages for paediatric clinics are under 18 years and 18 years and older for adult clinics
• For statistical purposes, calculations were performed on clinics that provided complete measurements on at least 10 patients
• FEV_¹ percent predicted calculations include individuals age six years and older
• BMI percentiles are calculated for individuals under 18 years

Although we have adjusted for specific factors to facilitate appropriate comparisons, disparities between clinics need to be interpreted with caution as there are many factors that contribute to variations in outcomes seen across the country.
